Contractor agreement

This Agreement is between you (the "Contractor") and M.S. Project Zeus CY Limited(HE 430641, Cyprus) ("we", "us"). It applies when you accept leads through the GreaseTrapQuotes platform. By submitting an application and accepting your first lead, you agree to these terms.

1. What we provide

• Up to 3 contractor slots per inbound lead, allocated based on response rate and postcode coverage
• Lead details by SMS and email within seconds of submission
• A 15-minute exclusive window from acceptance: no other contractor can accept the same lead while your window is active
• Full customer contact and address unlocked at the moment of acceptance
• A wallet system, top-up via Stripe Checkout, with on-platform invoices for your records

2. What we require from you

• A current EPA licence in your state and current public liability insurance (minimum $5,000,000) — both must remain valid for the duration of your account
• Approval from the relevant water authority for your service area (e.g. Sydney Water, Yarra Valley Water)
• A valid ABN if you are operating in Australia
• Acceptance of our published lead-tier pricing ($80 / $150 / $250 per accepted lead)
• Response to accepted leads within 30 minutes during business hours
• Compliance with the customer's preferred contact method and time window

3. Lead pricing and charges

You pay only for leads you accept. The applicable price is shown on every lead before you accept it. The fee is deducted from your wallet at the moment you press "Accept". Lead prices: $80 (small cafe), $150 (medium restaurant), $250 (hotel / food court / aged care / large recurring contracts). Prices include any Cyprus VAT that may apply.

4. Refunds

You may request a refund — credited back to your wallet — if any of the following applies:

• The customer cannot be reached after three documented attempts across two days
• The venue address is verifiably false or the venue doesn't exist
• The same lead was already submitted by the same customer within 14 days
• The customer explicitly cancels before any contact has occurred

We do not refund leads where you simply lose the job to a competitor's quote. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.

5. Customer data

Customer contact and venue details revealed at the moment of acceptance are confidential. You may use them only to quote and provide the cleaning service requested. You may not:

• Forward the customer to a third party
• Add the customer to any marketing list without their separate consent
• Contact the customer for unrelated services

6. Performance and ranking

Our matching algorithm prioritises contractors with higher response rates, current wallet balance, and current star rating. Contractors with a sustained response rate under 40%, a rating below 3.5, or repeated complaints may be paused or removed.

7. Term and termination

This Agreement runs from your first accepted lead until terminated. Either party may terminate on 7 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately if you breach licensing or insurance requirements, behave fraudulently, or harm a customer.

On termination, we refund any remaining wallet balance to the card you used to top up, less any outstanding refund obligations to customers.

8. Liability

You are responsible for the cleaning work, its quality, your compliance with EPA and water authority rules, and your customer relationships. Our liability to you for any lead is capped at the fee you paid for that lead. We are not liable for lost work or business interruption.

9. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Cyprus. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cyprus, except where you have non-excludable consumer or trade rights in Australia.
